As our new Application Support Analyst, SAP SD, you'll be providing professional IT support for SAP Sales & Distribution solutions that ensure seamless service delivery to end users across our global organization.
What you will be doing
As a key part of the IS Application Support team, you'll create impact by resolving incidents efficiently and driving continuous improvement to help Grundfos maintain world-class service levels.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Handle incidents and service requests in ServiceNow, ensuring timely resolution within agreed service levels
- Provide expert guidance to end users on SAP SD system functionalities through professional verbal and written communication
- Implement standard and basic normal changes while escalating complex tickets to appropriate support groups
- Create and maintain Support Guides and Self-Service Guides in the ServiceNow Knowledge Base
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize support tools, processes, and business performance
- Participate in projects and training activities to strengthen the support organization
What makes you a great fit
Above all, you're a detail-oriented IT support professional with strong SAP SD expertise, excellent communication skills, and a proactive mindset for solving problems and improving processes. We'd also imagine that you are/have:
- Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience
- 1-3 years of application support experience with SAP Sales & Distribution (SD)
- Strong communication skills with the ability to provide professional support to global end users
- Willingness to work on shifting schedules (8am–5pm or 3pm–12mn) and during holidays
It's a plus if you also have:
- Experience with SAP CRM or CS Support modules
- Working knowledge of ServiceNow for incident and request management
- Familiarity with ITIL-based support processes and best practices
