Application Consultant, CRM
Job Description

As an Application Consultant, CRM, you will play a key role in innovative projects, overseeing the design, development, implementation, testing, training, and post-go-live support of CRM solutions. You will also provide Level 3 support for escalated issues, ensuring the stability and effectiveness of our CRM applications.

Your main responsibilities:

Application Support

  • Resolve tickets escalated from Level 2 support, including system bugs, complex service requests, and change requests.
  • Provide expert troubleshooting and solutions for critical application issues.

Ticket Analysis

  • Analyze support tickets to identify root causes and recommend preventive measures.

Training

  • Deliver Super User training for various projects, ensuring effective knowledge transfer and user adoption.

Project Delivery

  • Lead the design, development, testing, training, rollout, and aftercare phases of innovation projects within the Delivery Area.

Line of Expertise

  • Serve as the Process Owner for designated Lines of Expertise within the Delivery Area.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and implement optimal solutions for users and customers.

Your background:

  • 5-6 years of experience are needed:
  • University Degree preferable in – Sales Business
  • Experience with SAP CRM is Mandatory in the following Areas:
    • CRM Sales (Account, Activity, Opportunity, Quotation)
    • CRM Interaction Center (Interaction Record, Service Requests, Service Orders)
  • Experience with SAP C4C will be considered in the evaluation
  • Knowledge of other SAP modules (ie. CS, SD, LE) will be extra bonus.
  • This experience must come from similar Sales companies/operations or from a Consultancy Company where proven experience can be documented
  • International experience from either previous jobs in Global oriented Companies or from similar experience through consultancy assignments are mandatory
  • Must demonstrate knowledge and understanding of the specific SAP modules.
