Application Analyst, SAP CRM

 The Application Analyst belongs to a Team focused on supporting our business users in the day-by-day operations within the Application Area of Customer Relationship Management solving the medium to high complexity tickets and collaborating with Senior Consultants in related Projects.

 

 Your main responsibilities:

  • Application Support: Responsible to solve Tickets escalated from Level 1 Support as system bugs, requests for service and change requests
  • Ticket Analysis: Responsible to analyze the tickets and identify the Root Cause
  • Training: Responsible for the Level 1 Training to guarantee the correct knowledge sharing and the correct split of tickets Level 1 vs Level 2. Involved in Service Introduction when new features are going live in the system
  • Project: Limited support of projects under the supervision of Application Consultant
  • Be part of the Product Team called Customer Collaboration Team that is focusing on CRM and Customer Collaboration capabilities within the identified Grundfos Platforms

 

Your required skills and experience include:

  • 2-3 years of experience in SAP CRM
  • University degree preferable in – Sales Business
  • Experience with SAP Sales and Service Cloud is Mandatory in the following Areas:
    • Sales Cycle (Account, Leads, Activity, Opportunity, Quotation)
    • Service Cycle (Agent Hub, Ticket Handling)
    • Experience with SAP CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) will be considered in the evaluation
    • Knowledge of other SAP modules (ie. CRM, CS, SD, LE) will be extra bonus
  • This experience must come from similar Sales companies/operations or from a Consultancy Company where proven experience can be documented
  • International experience from either previous job in Global oriented Companies or from similar experience through consultancy assignments are mandatory
