As our new Application Analyst, M365, you will be providing second-line application support, resolving incidents, and delivering hands-on IT consultancy in M365 Suite that keeps Grundfos teams productive and connected. What you will be doing

As a key part of the Information Systems, Collaboration team, you'll create impact by Ensuring seamless application performance and empowering users through proactive support, clear documentation, and continuous process improvement..

 

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Conduct second-line application support following the Grundfos IS support framework, including ticket analysis and root cause analysis
  • Manage service and incident handling via the ticketing system, keeping requesters, super users, and stakeholder groups informed of progress
  • Implement and deploy application changes and adjustments while documenting your work proactively
  • Create and maintain up-to-date Self Service Guides on Worksmart to enable user self-sufficiency
  • Deliver basic consultancy tasks with primary ownership, and participate in user training when needed
  • Continuously optimise your own tools and processes to improve support quality and efficiency

What makes you a great fit

Above all, you are a curious and detail-oriented IT professional with strong communication skills, a knack for problem-solving, and a genuine desire to help users succeed. We would also imagine that you have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field—or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Solid understanding of IT support processes, incident management, and application lifecycle fundamentals in M365 Suite
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and guide stakeholders

 

It is a plus if you also:

  • 0-3 years of relevant M365 IT support or application support experience
  • Experience with ticketing systems and structured incident handling
  • Exposure to project coordination or familiarity with business and industry environments
