Accounts Payable Accountant

Are you interested to work as an Accounts Payable Accountant in a finance shared services environment? With us, you will be able to enjoy the benefits of being challenged both technically and business-wise in an international organization.


Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

  • Process Purchase Order and non Purchase Order invoices in SAP;
  • Execute and support all closing activities;
  • Check Service Now tickets on daily basis and solve the assigned tickets;
  • Receive and respond to voice inquiries from the vendors,
  • Manage incoming emails ensuring timely, accurate and customer friendly response
  • Support and provide all relevant data for KPI reporting and analysis (for instance double payment reporting)
  • GRIR (Goods Receipt Invoice Receipt) G/L reconciliation, Open item clearing and reporting
  • Support Internal/External Audit activities
  • Support to create, maintain and update process descriptions        
  • Booking PO and nonPO invoices with high accuracy
  •  Handle Service Now tickets within deadline
  • Handle incoming emails within the SLA
  • Handle incoming phone calls
  • Handle other tasks – VAM, Statement reco     


Required Minimum Qualifications:

  • Preferred bachelor`s degree
  • Finance/ Accounting studies an advantage
  • Minimum 1-year experience in a similar role (resolving complex issues, subject matter expert, senior or specialist role in AP) or
  • Extensive AP/ Intercompany experience in another Shared Service centre
  • English: Advanced level (oral and written
  • Competencies:
