As our new Global Payments Accountant, you will be executing accurate and timely payments across international banking platforms, processing manual payments and payroll files, and ensuring full compliance audit standards within our Global Shared Services team.

What you will be doing

As a key part of the Global Payments, Shared Services team, you'll create impact by Ensuring the stability and accuracy of Grundfos's global payment operations, directly supporting our ability to meet financial obligations to employees, partners, and suppliers worldwide..

Your main responsibilities include:

• Execute payments accurately and on time, maintaining stability across daily, weekly, and month-end payment cycles
• Process manual payments and payroll files while minimizing errors, rework, and payment returns
• Ensure full compliance with internal controls, bank requirements, and SOX/audit standards with documented approvals
• Resolve payment issues and exceptions quickly, prioritizing urgent requests without compromising controls
• Collaborate with international banks, external stakeholders, and colleagues across GSS and local Grundfos entities

What makes you a great fit

Above all, you are a detail-oriented finance professional with strong organizational skills, a solid understanding of accounts payable and payment operations, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, globally collaborative environment. We would also imagine that you have:

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent work experience
• 2+ years of relevant experience in Finance, including accounts payable or payment operations
• Knowledge of internal controls, SOX compliance, and audit standards
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and prioritization skills

It is a plus if you also:

• Experience working with international bank platforms and collaborating with banking partners
• Familiarity with Global Shared Services (GSS) environments and segregation of duties practices
• Understanding of payroll file processing and manual payment workflows
