Reports to: Global Head of Sales Enablement

Your Mission
As a Sales Development Specialist, your goal is to enhance sales capacity and efficiency across global and regional teams. You’ll be at the heart of our enablement efforts—tracking performance, optimizing customer journeys, and driving best practices in Sales Development.

What You’ll Do
• Perform Sales activities to schedule customer meetings and build pipeline.
• Improve data hygiene and support incentive plans, quotas, and segmentation.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Sales Excellence to map and optimize customer journeys.
• Create and maintain SDR playbooks and onboard users to key technologies.
• Facilitate workshops, join sales calls, and support regional SDR success.
• Assess ROI, A/B test strategies, and recommend improvements to sales velocity.


What You Bring
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical or business field.
• Experience in change management, strategy, or similar roles.
• Strong understanding of sales processes and modern technologies.
• Fluent in English, Spanish and French.
• Confident working with data and translating insights into action.
• Curious, proactive, and comfortable navigating complexity.
• Skilled at stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration.
