Associate Back Office Engineer

As our new Associate Back Office Engineer for Aftermarket, you will be providing technical quotations, product sizing guidance, and application support across HVAC, booster, and cooling systems — helping customers find the right Grundfos solutions before, during, and after every transaction. What you will be doing

As a key part of the Customer Sales & Service Centre (CSSC) team in Aftermarket Back Office, you'll create impact by Delivering accurate, timely technical support that strengthens customer relationships and drives aftermarket sales growth..

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Review customer enquiries, RFQ for spare parts, retrofit solutions and service requirements.
  • Prepare accurate techno-commercial quotations in alignment with Grundfos standards and customer requirements.
  • Prepare complex quotations after assessing site installations requirements and limitations while suggesting replacement
  • Identify correct spare parts and alternatives for discontinued or obsolete pump models.
  • Register all customer interactions, opportunities, and master data accurately in SAP and the global CRM tool
  • Collaborate with aftermarket sales teams, Service & solutions, Key Account Management team and engineering to resolve technical cases and nurture sales opportunities

What makes you a great fit

Above all, you are a technically curious professional with strong communication skills, a service-oriented mindset, and the ability to take ownership of assignments while collaborating effectively with internal and external stakeholders. We would also imagine that you have:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related technical field (or equivalent work experience, 0-3 years)
  • Fundamental knowledge of pump systems, HVAC systems, booster systems, or cooling cycles
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint), SAP, and CRM tools
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
