Are you a proactive problem-solver with a passion for logistics and customer satisfaction? We’re looking for a Shipping Coordinator to join our team and ensure smooth and efficient shipping operations while maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily shipping activities to meet customer and business needs.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
• Make decisions and take initiative to resolve shipping-related issues.
• Continuously seek ways to improve processes and enhance customer experience.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management abilities.
• Independent decision-maker with a problem-solving mindset.
• A collaborative team player who also thrives working independently.
• Passion for continuous improvement and customer-centric thinking.
• Proficiency in MS Office; SAP knowledge is a plus.

Contract: 1 year fixed term
