As our new Senior Sales Engineer WW, you will be driving technical sales for Commercial Building Services, combining engineering expertise with commercial acumen to deliver wastewater and water supply solutions that meet customer needs. What you will be doing

As a key part of the Commercial Building Services team, you'll create impact by Building strong customer relationships and delivering tailored solutions that advance sustainable water management in commercial construction projects..

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Commercial Building Services segment, managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing
  • Provide technical consultation to customers on wastewater and water supply solutions, ensuring optimal system design and product selection
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals, quotations, and technical specifications aligned with local regulations and building codes
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, and key decision-makers in the construction industry
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies and product positioning
  • Lead business processes within the Commercial Building Services area, driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction

What makes you a great fit

Above all, you are a technically skilled sales professional with a strong engineering foundation, proven ability to influence stakeholders, and deep knowledge of commercial building services systems and regulations. We would also imagine that you have:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering, Water Supply, or a related technical discipline
  • 4-5 years of relevant work experience in technical sales or application engineering
  • Experience working with wastewater solutions and solid knowledge of commercial building services systems
  • Strong understanding of relevant local laws, regulations, and industry standards for building services

It is a plus if you also:

  • Sales experience within the construction industry
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage business processes in a commercial environment
  • Experience with pump systems or HVAC solutions in commercial applications
