- Deliver and follow up on service quotations using a consultative, technically grounded approach.
- Identify new business opportunities while nurturing relationships with energy and maintenance managers in large commercial buildings.
- Track replaceable pump opportunities and collaborate internally to ensure smooth order handling, delivery, and customer satisfaction.
- Support customer training, seminars, trade shows, and maintain CRM data.

You are a relationship‑driven sales professional with strong technical knowledge and the ability to communicate the value of digital solutions clearly.
We imagine you also bring:
- Engineering background and solid B2B sales experience.
- Experience in service, project management or production, ideally within pumps or related mechanical industries.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in Norwegian and English, plus a valid driving licence.
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of connected digital devices and optimised pumping systems.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and consultative selling.

- Flexible working hours, home office options and parental support.
- Annual bonuses, health insurance and well‑being initiatives.
- Three additional paid days for volunteering.
- Access to on‑demand learning and structured development programmes.
