Order Taking Specialist (Water Treatment Division) – Maternity Leave Replacement

Grundfos is looking for a precise and customer-oriented professional to take on the role of Order Taking Specialist within the Internal Sales (Back Office Italy) team of the Water Treatment division.
This position is essential to ensure accurate and timely order entry, support commercial operations, and deliver excellent customer service through various communication channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Use ERP and CRM systems (SAP and Salesforce) to manage orders and customer interactions.
• At Grundfos Water Treatment Italy, we are looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented resource to join the Back Office Order Italy team.
• In this role, you will be responsible for the accurate and timely management of orders, mainly public tenders, from Italian customers for the BU SWP, and for the entire Order to Cash (OTC) process.
• You will manage reports and controls to support the Sales team’s activities.
• Register requests, complaints, and sales-related issues.
• Collaborate with the commercial team to achieve company objectives and maintain accurate records.
• Provide post-sales support.
• Participate in ad hoc activities and projects assigned by the manager.

Requirements

• Technical, commercial, or administrative diploma, or equivalent professional experience.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in order management or customer service.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and SAP CRM (essential).
• Excellent communication skills in English (C1 level).

Reporting & Collaboration

The position reports to the OTC Manager and involves close collaboration with internal and external sales teams, project management, and logistics, to ensure smooth handling of orders and deliveries.
