Would you like to turn your theoretical toolbox into practical experience by supporting the Portfolio & Project Execution team to implement Visual Project Management? Have you recently graduated from high school and want to test your skills in a global company? This is your chance, as we are looking for an Office Helper to assist our team in Bjerringbro, Denmark.

In PD Industry’s Portfolio & Project Execution team, we are looking for an Office Helper to support, implement and follow up on our Visual Management activities.

What is the job about?
We believe that everyone in Grundfos has passion and potential – as well as the power to influence. This is the environment where you will work as Office Helper. You will be part of a global team with 6 Project Managers and the Head of PD Industry Portfolio & Project Execution. Your role will be to support your colleagues on the Visual Project Management journey.

Your primary tasks will be:

  • Assist to implement multiple physical Visual Project Management rooms
  • Update Visual Project Management rooms according to the designed cadence
  • IT support for making digital twins for VPM in Sharepoint or similar MS tools
  • Assist the Portfolio & Project Execution team to facilitate workshops and post-documentation
  • Ad hoc tasks (i.e. purchasing tasks)

You will be working for 3 days per week at our head quarter in Bjerringbro, Denmark. The job requires that you are present at our site, and therefore working from home will be kept to a minimum. The position is temporary and lasts for 12 months.

What do you need to apply?
We imagine that you have just finished high school and are looking for a job during your sabbatical year. As the team you will be joining is global, good English skills is strongly required. Moreover, we imagine that you have:

  • Solid communication skills
  • Good IT skills (MS tools – Sharepoint, Teams, Word etc.)
  • The ability to work proactively and efficiently on new assignments, as this will help you make the most of your time with us
  • Great collaboration skills.
