Senior Sales Development Manager, Water Utility– Based in New South Wales

 

Job Summary

An exciting opportunity awaits within the world's leading water technology company. Grundfos Pumps Australia are seeking the skills of a talented Senior Sales Development Manger to join our friendly, inclusive team, based in the Sydney office of  .

 

Job Purpose

This role will identify and capitalize on opportunities within the Australian municipal market for Grundfos, driving growth and market penetration. This role involves strategic planning, relationship building, and market analysis to expand Grundfos' presence and achieve sales targets.

 

Your main responsibilities

  • End User/Client Engagement
  • Market Analysis and Strategy Development for Municipal growth
  • Identifying new growth opportunities within the municipal sector
  • Reporting and Analysis of existing customer base
  • Compliance with customer specifications/demands
  • Collaboration and Coordination with existing sales team

 

Your Background

  • Experience dealing with Regional Water Authorities
  • Experience in Municipal applications and being able to identify opportunities for Grundfos
  • Bachelor of Engineering or similar desired but not required
  • Experience in building a project pipeline, identifying new markets, setting strategic initiatives
  • Experience in presenting infront of an audience
  • Relatable with people is a must. This is a relationship building role
  • Team player as strong collaboration is required for successful project handover.
  • Ideally located in New South Wales and willing to travel.
