What is the job about?

Secure a high Customer service fulfill the demands under consideration to economic and SCM relations. Follow the targets (KPI’s) set up for the Company, the department and the personal goals.

Your main responsibilities

• Import sea, ensure arrival GTW as request and schedule. including making documents, customs clearance, schedule arrangement, communicating with brokers, truck, sourcing planner, bonded and warehouse, document collection and store.
• Export sea, monitor delivery as request and on time, including making documents, customs clearance, schedule arrangement, communicate with broker, truck, production planner, bonded and warehouse. Finaly shipment information to customers, document collection and store.
• Import air and courier, ensure arrival Grundfos Taiwan as request and schedule, same as above communication and handling process
• Export air and courier monitor delivery as request and on time, meet customer urgent request, same as above communication and handling process
• Payment and QP and others
• Other tasks assigned by the manager.

Your background:

        We imagine that you have:                                

• Experience in using SAP will be beneficial
• Communicative, good at making connections (inside and outside), independent, initiative-oriented, result-oriented.
• Minimum 3 years of work experience in similar roles.
• Experience with manufacturing is an advantage.
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree.
• Experience with various Microsoft office applications, Outlook, MS Teams, Share point.
• Knowledge in international trade and customs clearance.
• Experience of liaising with 3rd Party forwarder.
