Quality Engineer, Miaoli, Taiwan

 

What is the job about?

The Quality Engineer works closely with teams and maintains open communication with customers to enhance the quality of products and materials. Actively address and resolve customer complaints, providing timely updates on progress and outcomes to boost satisfaction and build trust. You will directly report to QEHS Manager.

 

Your main responsibilities

  • Collaborate with teams and customers to enhance product and material quality.
  • Maintain communication with customers when solving problems.
  • Quickly address customer complaints to improve satisfaction 
  • Use statistical data to prevent issues and share improvements with customers..
  • Complete other tasks and regularly update customers on progress 
  • Other tasks assigned by QHES manager

 

Your background:

        We imagine that you have: 

                                                                                                    

  • Master’s or bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical engineering, or related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in Quality function.
  • Good command of English both in oral and written.
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality system
  • Knowledge of Quality tools such as FMEA, Control Plan, Process capability, 8D.
  • Able to verbally communicate in English.
