As our new Material Planner, you will be executing supply, demand, and inventory planning activities that ensure the right materials are available at the right time to support our manufacturing operations. What you will be doing
As a key part of the Supply Chain Planning team, you'll create impact by Driving planning excellence and continuous improvement across our supply chain to ensure reliable delivery of sustainable water solutions worldwide..
Your main responsibilities include:
- Create and maintain feasible supply, demand, and inventory plans, ensuring timely communication with relevant stakeholders
- Participate in and drive planning-related meetings within the SIOP cycle, contributing data-driven input to support decision-making
- Ensure high master data quality within your area of responsibility and continuously improve planning processes based on performance indicators
- Collect, distribute, and present supply chain data for performance reporting and analytics
- Support the implementation and deployment of continuous improvement initiatives across planning operations
What makes you a great fit
Above all, you are a detail-oriented supply chain professional with strong analytical skills, a collaborative mindset, and a genuine enthusiasm for planning systems and process improvement. We would also imagine that you have:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or equivalent work experience
- 2-4 years of relevant planning experience within supply chain (supply, demand, or inventory planning)
- Hands-on experience with defined supply chain processes, analytics, and planning tools (e.g., ERP/MRP systems)
- Experience working in a discrete manufacturing environment
It is a plus if you also:
- Familiarity with SIOP/S&OP processes and cycles
- Strong ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive alignment
- Quick adaptability to new supply chain IT systems and digital tools
