As our new ME Engineer, you will be supporting and optimizing production processes, driving continuous improvement, and strengthening engineering capabilities within our expanding Singapore Operations. What you will be doing
As a key part of the Manufacturing Engineering team, you'll create impact by Driving operational excellence by ensuring cost, quality, and delivery targets are met while enabling the growth of our Cooling & Data Centre applications..
Your main responsibilities include:
• Support daily production meetings and manage production improvement proposals to drive operational performance
• Ensure achievement of Cost, Quality, and Delivery targets through robust manufacturing engineering practices
• Lead and support continuous improvement projects, including new process implementations and production setup optimization
• Guide and coach technicians, operators, and supervisors on best practices and process standards
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Production, Supply Chain, Quality, EHS, and regional/global teams to ensure business continuity
• Maintain process documentation and deliver training to support knowledge sharing across the organization
We would also imagine that you have:
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in manufacturing engineering or operations
• Strong technical understanding of supply chain and operations processes
• Demonstrated ability to lead processes or projects within a manufacturing environment
It is a plus if you also:
• Experience with cooling systems, pumps, or data center applications
• Knowledge of local regulations and standards relevant to manufacturing in Singapore
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing or continuous improvement methodologies
