About the Role

The position will have two roles, IT HR Consultant and Scrum master, for the “I learn and grow” area.  IT HR consultant takes responsibility of HR solutions and contribute on delivering on consultant tasks, incl support, continuously business improvement and assignment in the HR area.    Experience from working in agile teams and with scrum is a big plus.

Key Activities

The Scrum Master serves the Development Team in several ways, including:

  • (Always) Coaching the Development Team in self-organization and cross-functionality
  • (20%) Facilitating Scrum events as requested or needed.
  • (10%) Helping Product Owner understanding product planning in an empirical environment. Ensuring the Product Owner knows how to arrange the Product Backlog to maximize value and help Product Owner in understanding and practicing agility.
  • (5%) Helping the Development Team to create high-value products
  • (5%) Removing impediments to the Development Team’s progress
  • (5%) Finding techniques for effective Product Backlog management. Helping the Scrum Team understand the need for clear and concise Product Backlog items
  • (5%) Causing change in the organization that increases the productivity of the Scrum Team and Develop own skills and prepare enhancements in the facilitation of Scrum events.

 

Contribute on the IT Consultant work: 50%

  • Development, implementation and maintainance of global HR, mostly Learning solutions in accordance with IT-architectural principles and guidelines.
  • Provide consultancy, advice and best practice regarding HR IT solutions
  • Supporting the HR solutions by handling support tickets
  • Solving and implementing continues business improvement requests to support the business grow and improve efficiency.
  • Involvement in testing and implementation of new funcionalities in connection with upgrade of solutions
  • Participate in projects for the Learning and Develop area and roll out of the solutions
  • Contribute in shaping the roadmap for the future and execute it and drive development and deployment of existing and new solutions.

  • Use technical expertise and skills with solid understanding of the business and collaborate with relevant partners across IT as well as business to deliver the right solutions.
  • Successful implementation of HR solutions according to roadmap by customizing different HR solutions.

 

Posting, Reporting, and Work Relations

  • Product Owner and Development Team
    Works in close dialogue with the Product owner and the team which must deliver according to Sprint planning. Facilitates daily coordination of work and remove impediments.
  • Product Board
    Close collaboration with Product Board for supportive actions and dialogues in pursuit on key success factors
  • Scrum Masters in our organization
    Finds inspiration and sparing with other Scrum Master in the local Scrum Master guild and in the wider organization
  • IS leadership team
    Collaboration with IS HR Senior Manager on Product Team relevant topics
  •  Reporting to Senior Manager of IS HR Solutions – who is the direct line manager.  Close collaboration with IT colleagues in the department “IS HR Solution”, located globally,   but mainly in Denmark and Manila, Also with the business HR, where the collaboration will be even closer with the future set up in Product Teams

Required Minimum Qualifications

  • Experienced HR IT Consultant (3-5 years) with a proven track record – preferable in a global/international organization
  • Good knowledge of HR solutions (preferably based on SAP)
  • Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors
  • Experience in coordinator role or interested in Scrum master role, plus if experienced or certificated
  • Understand team and how teams work
  • Bachelor or master's degree in relevant HR areas
  • Excellent communication skills both orally and in written English
  • IT solutions knowledge
  • Strong understanding of HR value chains and processes
