As our Sales Director, Nordic, you’ll take full ownership of driving performance across the Domestic Building Services (DBS) business, translating high-level strategy into actionable plans, and leading dynamic sales initiatives that fuel growth in market share, revenue, and profitability.

What is the job about?

As the ​Sales Director, Nordic, you will have the overall responsibility for the performance of DBS business in the Nordics Area, consisting of Sweden, Norway, Finland, Baltics and Denmark. You will be translating strategy into actionable execution plans and implementing targeted marketing and sales tactics to achieve budgeted goals for sales, market share, and profit growth.

Position is based in Mölndal, Sweden, and reports to the VP & Regional Sales Director for DBS Sales, Western Europe Region.

Furthermore, you will:

  • Lead sales planning and execution with primary focus on:

           - Distributor Key Account Management and,

           - Local HVAC OEM sales and

  • Develop and deploy Area go-to-market plan aligned with DBS overall priorities.
  • Drive Distributor Key Account Management based including strong collaboration with the Commercial Building Services (CBS) Division on Multiple-Segment Distributors.
  • Drive Local HVAC OEM in close collaboration with Global HVAC OEM organization.
  • Be responsible for Area annual budgeting management and support necessary financial forecast when necessary. Monitor capacity costs and ensure profit targets.
  • Develop organization by providing strong sales leadership and individual/team coaching including customer tandem visits.
  • Collaborate closely with back office (CSSC), Demand Planning, Marketing and Finance.
  • Work with and bring commercial innovation into the market.

 

What do you need to apply?

You are highly energetic and results-oriented, a strong team player and communicator who performs well under pressure in a performance-driven environment. You have excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with outstanding presentation abilities. You also demonstrate a strong ability to influence others effectively.

  • Commercial or financial education on master level 
  • Min. 10 years of commercial experience with distributors and installers 
  • Experience with driving and -building relationships incl. negotiation at top-management level 
  • Experience and insight into channel marketing 
  • Experience with key account management 
  • Experience with people management and building high performance teams
