🚛 Logistics Specialist

Are you passionate about optimizing logistics processes and driving operational excellence? Join our dynamic team as a Logistics Specialist, where you'll play a key role in improving efficiency, supporting automation, and enhancing service quality across our logistics operations in the EUA region.
You’ll also follow up on end-to-end logistics flow – from order creation to invoice generation, support with system settings linked to routes, reporting, and error handling, and deep dive into system connectivity issues, driving new process implementation linked to these areas.


🌟 What You’ll Do

As a Logistics Specialist, you will:

  • Drive logistics improvement initiatives (30%)
    Identify and implement process enhancements focused on efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and service quality.

  • Support daily operations (20%)
    Provide hands-on support to EUA shipping and distribution center teams to ensure smooth inbound and outbound logistics flows.
    Focus on SAP system settings linked to creation of routes, lanes, order confirmations, and output maintenance in the system.

  • Manage logistics projects (15%)
    Maintain a centralized catalogue of logistics-related initiatives, ensuring visibility, stakeholder alignment, and timely execution.

  • System connectivity and error handling (15%)
    Deep dive into system connectivity and error handling linked to logistics operations.

  • Deliver training and documentation (10%)
    Create and present training materials for new processes, tools, and system changes.

  • Translate operational needs into technical specifications
    Take active part in translating operational needs into technical specifications and drive system improvements with other departments.

  • Ensure continuity of improvement efforts (10%)
    Act as a back-up for the Continuous Improvement Specialist, supporting ongoing initiatives.

🎓 Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in logistics
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Fluent English communication skills (written and spoken)
