Then you have the opportunity to become our new Senior Marketing Coordinator based in the UK.
Drive and develop marketing activities with a focus on digital marketing
Your main area will be the UK, but you will have the responsibility for Ireland, Finland and the Baltics. You will also collaborate with many other European countries in Western Europe to develop, implement, and drive marketing projects. In this position, you will become an important pillar of our global end-user marketing strategy for the commercial buildings division. As the representative of your area, you will bring input and market understanding into the global marketing strategy. You will report directly to the Area Sales Director for CBS UK, Ireland and Nordics but work closely with the Regional Head of Marketing for Western Europe.
More specifically, you will:
- Ensure the implementation of our global marketing campaigns and local marketing activities
- Be responsible for delivering local objectives, processes, operational efficiency and concrete execution plans for building awareness and lead generating offline and online
- Interface and coordinate with internal and external marketing partners
- Be highly digitally aware and capable of launching digital driven marketing activities
- Deliver master elements ready for use via multiple marketing channels
- Be responsible securing deployment-commitment together with local sales
- Be responsible and accountable for developing a more effective approach regarding marketing content
- Make sure local marketing activity budget are in control and fully utilised with measurable and tracked KPIs
- Deliver, edit and optimise marketing materials
What do you need to apply?
- We imagine that you hold a relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s degree within Business, Marketing (or similar) combined with minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in a similar role – preferably from B2B marketing.
- Ideally, you have already taken on marketing or digital marketing responsibility in an international matrix organisation
- You have experience with working with various stakeholders across borders, and are able to work on a tactical as well as an operational level
- You have strong communication skills – both verbally and written, negotiating skills, assertiveness and creativity
- You are advanced in both online and offline marketing and have experience using different marketing tools – lead generation, social media marketing, community management, web-site management
- Speak and write English fluently- Knowledge of other European languages is a plus but not essential
