Are you enthusiastic about inbound marketing and do you thrive with lots of responsibility? Do you want to work in an international company that has something at heart? Then you may be the one we are looking for as our new Senior Marketing Coordinator in the UK and Ireland (UKI).

What is the job about?
As our new Senior Marketing Coordinator in the UKI, you will be part of the Western Europe Marketing team in our Domestic Building Service division, and you will report to our Marketing Director - Domestic Building Services.

Your job is to implement and coordinate marketing projects with an impact both locally and across countries in the region. You will work closely with Sales to fulfil customer need and grow our business.

More specifically, you will:

  • Implement our global marketing plan in your local market
  • Deliver on local milestones, processes, operational efficiency, and concrete execution plans for building awareness and coordinate lead generating offline and online
  • Secure deep customer insight and understanding by having an ongoing customer dialogue
  • Developing and directing marketing plans for selected wholesalers
  • Localise global activities to match the UKI market
  • Deploy local projects together with local sales team
  • Develop effective approaches regarding marketing content
  • Maintain local marketing budget
  • Collaborate with marketing team to reach KPIs

 

Desirable skills:

  • Have experience with and are comfortable working with various stakeholders across borders, and can work on a tactical as well as an operational level
  • Have experience with handling projects
  • Understand and have experience with inbound marketing and can apply your knowledge into increasing conversion rates
  • Have professional communication skills
  • It will be an advantage to have knowledge of Sprinkler, Adobe products (Marketo, Experience Manager, Analytics, InDesign & Photoshop)

 

This role will be based in the UK working out of our Leighton Buzzard office in Bedfordshire. Working days are Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours per week.

What do you need to apply?
We imagine that you hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business (not essential) or similar combined with some years of relevant experience in a similar role.

On a personal level, you are innovative, self-motivated and show a positive energy in your work relations. You are good at networking and building relations. You are accountable, openminded and ready for changes.
