Grundfos are seeking a skilled Pricing & Conditions & Digital Tools Coordinator, to be based in our UK Head office in Leighton Buzzard. As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for implementing pricing and conditions processes that comply with local practices and standards, while ensuring high-quality, standardised, and adopted processes and tools. 

 

Northwestern Europe team 

With direct reference to our Support Function Manager for North West Europe, you will become a part of our Support Function NWE Department - a team that is placed in various locations in north-west Europe, consisting of Sales Operations Coordinators, Pricing & Conditions Coordinators, Material Master Data Coordinators and Customer Master Data Coordinators. More precisely, you will join a team consisting of 12 experienced and motivated colleagues. 

The team is responsible for various tasks within the 6 different workstreams, and the overall mission is to support sales and thereby impact the business.

What is the job about? 

As the Pricing & Conditions & Digital Tools Coordinator, you will have several responsibilities. Firstly, you will serve as a subject matter expert on pricing and conditions ways-of-working and field usage within the cluster. This includes managing any local exceptions, forms, downstream process integrations, among other aspects. You will also be responsible for creating and maintaining cluster SAP pricing and exemptions, monitoring and adjusting conditions/bonus agreements in SAP, and regularly creating overviews for conditions/bonus processing in SAP.  

  

  • Analyze, maintain, and check conditions and net prices. 

  • Monitor customer accounts for the bonus area.  

  • Prepare documentation for annual sales reviews and list price reviews and updates, including cross-divisional coordination. 

  • Support the Business Process Owner in documenting local process and field variations.  

  •  Monitor and drive pricing and conditions data quality as per defined standards.  

  • Support the Business Process Owner and Divisions in identifying areas of improvement.  

  • Support other cluster master data and support functions-related tasks. 

 

Your Background 

  • Extensive knowledge of SAP ERP/CRM/BW and pricing and conditions processes is essential 

  • Advanced IT literacy skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office 

  • Advanced user of Microsoft Excel is essential  

  • Previous experience working in an international matrix organization would be advantageous.
