What’s the role about?
As a Field Service Engineer at Grundfos, you’ll be at the forefront of maintaining, repairing, and servicing our industry-leading pump systems. Whether working independently or as part of a team, you’ll ensure our customers receive timely, professional support that keeps their systems running smoothly.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Programing and optimizing our products to the customers’ requirements.
- Disassembling, inspecting, troubleshooting, and repairing pump systems
- Advising customers on system improvements and preventative solutions
- Handling service and warranty matters, with support from technical teams
- Preparing and submitting detailed service reports
- Supporting installations and commissioning projects
- Executing maintenance services under SLAs
- Providing feedback and input for repair quotations
- Continuously developing your technical skills and mastering service tools
- Promoting safety through hazard awareness and risk assessments
What do you need to apply?
We’re looking for someone with:
- Industry experience or a similar technical environment
- Strong knowledge of pump technology
- Technical education in electrical or mechanical engineering
- Experience with diesel engines (desirable)
- A proactive, adaptable mindset with strong time management
- Excellent communication skills with customers and internal teams
- A customer-first attitude and a drive for continuous improvement
- Digital literacy and familiarity with service tools and systems
You’ll act as a trusted advisor to both internal stakeholders and external customers, helping to deliver outstanding service and support.
