Lead System Engineer
Job Description

What is the job about?

  • Contribute to the SCRUM Team’s deliveries as technical lead in using relevant office applications (i.e. excel, Catia, SAP etc.) by applying Engineering skills.
  • Drive task from the Back-log and supervise (Ass. )Product development engineers
  • Set up the engineering requirements in the initial product development phase.
  • Make the validation and verification in the final development phase to make sure the delivery living up to the requirements

 

Your main responsibilities:

  • Technical concept development toward given market needs
  • Close communication with product managers to understand the applications and decide the product architecture by aligning with A&M
  • Analyze and define  product/system requirements and definition of components/sub-system requirements and interfaces with stakeholders and respective disciplines
  • Evaluate requirements in terms of technical feasibility
  • Check and ensure consistency of development and product architecture
  • Define product/system verification plan and follow up
  • Contribute to DFMEA/DFA
  • Assign the technical break down task to the development team and coordinate to make the most optimal planning towards project plan.
  • Ensure the development and documentation in compliance with legislation, Grundfos processes, Standards and Grundfos practice.
  • Sign off the technical delivery from development team
  • Communicate with cross function to make ther E2E delivery
  • Lead  and ensure the technical documentation updated (AI, landscape, BOM, design journal, etc.)
  • Coach junior engineer to build up their competence

 

What do you need to apply? 

We expect you have:

  • Engineer degree Master or Bachelor or similar education
  • At leastTechnical knowledge with product development
  • 5-15 years relevant experience
  • Proficient English – verbal and written
  • Understanding Agile principles
