As our new Lead Service Coordinator, you will be coordinating and optimizing end-to-end service operations, ensuring our customers receive world-class support while mentoring a team of service coordinators to drive efficiency and excellence. What you will be doing
As a key part of the Commercial Service Operations team, you'll create impact by Leading service coordination initiatives that strengthen customer relationships and elevate the reliability and responsiveness of Grundfos service delivery worldwide..
Your main responsibilities include:
- Coordinate and prioritize service requests, ensuring timely scheduling, dispatching, and completion of field service activities
- Lead and mentor a team of service coordinators, driving consistent processes and high performance across the group
- Serve as the primary escalation point for complex service cases, collaborating with technical teams and customers to resolve issues effectively
- Monitor service KPIs and analyze workflow data to identify bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage communication between customers, field technicians, and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency throughout the service lifecycle
- Support the development and refinement of service processes, tools, and standard operating procedures

We would also imagine that you have:
- 5+ years of experience in service coordination, field service management, or a related operational role
- Proven experience in a service or customer-facing environment
- Strong proficiency with ERP/CRM systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce, or similar service management platforms)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across multiple organizational levels
- Good English knowledge both verbal and written
It is a plus if you also:
- Experience in the pump, water technology, or industrial manufacturing sector
- Familiarity with Lean or continuous improvement methodologies
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field
