As our new Group Lead Key Account Consultant IND, you will be leading and developing key account strategies for major industrial clients, driving revenue growth and deepening partnerships that shape how industries manage water and energy efficiency. What you will be doing
As a key part of the Industrial Key Accounts team, you'll create impact by Driving strategic growth with our most important industrial customers by delivering tailored solutions that advance water technology and sustainability across global markets..
Your main responsibilities include:
• Lead and mentor a team of Key Account Consultants focused on industrial segment customers
• Develop and execute strategic account plans for high-value industrial key accounts to maximize revenue and long-term partnerships
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product management, engineering, and regional sales teams to deliver customized solutions
• Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify growth opportunities within the industrial segment
• Drive commercial negotiations and manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes at a global level
• Monitor account performance, pipeline health, and KPIs to ensure targets are met and exceeded
What makes you a great fit
Above all, you are a strategic commercial leader with deep industrial market expertise, strong relationship-building skills, and a proven track record of growing key accounts in a technical B2B environment. We would also imagine that you have:
• 8+ years of experience in key account management or strategic sales within industrial markets (pumps, water technology, HVAC, or similar)
• 3+ years of experience leading or mentoring commercial teams
• Strong understanding of industrial applications, technical solution selling, and complex stakeholder management
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
It is a plus if you also:
• Experience working in a global matrix organization with cross-regional account responsibility
• MBA or advanced degree in a relevant discipline
• Familiarity with Grundfos products, industrial pump systems, or water technology solutions
You'll also be available for travelling up to 60 days per year.
