Are you a digital visionary with a passion for driving digital innovation and transformation? 


Join Grundfos Domestic Building Services (DBS) as Global Digital Product Manager and help us unleash the power of Digital Innovation in our Products. In this role, you will oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of our DBS apps and related digital product features. You collaborate with smart home and component providers to ensure the commercial success of our digital solutions and become instrumental in developing competitive and differentiated global products and offerings that cater to our customers on markets worldwide. 


What is the job about? 
As Global Digital Product Manager, you serve as the product owner for DBS apps, smart home, and related product features, and thus manage the global end-to-end product lifecycle. Your stakeholder landscape is broad, and to become a success here you will have a close collaboration with Product Managers for physical products to enhance digital product features.


Furthermore, you will:

  • Ensure high customer centricity and alignment with Product Programs.
  • Monitor the global competitive landscape.
  • Develop pricing and licensing models.
  • Develop, maintain, and communicate the global apps roadmap for DBS.
  • Execute the roadmap development with product development (PD), digital development (DD), and information systems (IS).
  • Create content for app and digital feature marketing.
  • Develop launch materials and coordinate execution with regions and group marketing.
  • Train internal regions and product-oriented staff and establish and drive knowledge-sharing communities.

 

Your background: 
We imagine that you have:  

  • Master’s degree in business, digital, or equivalent and 5-10+ years' experience in a similar position.
  • Experience driving and specifying of digital solutions and offerings.
  • Experience managing business priorities and design/user needs while delivering against digital roadmaps. 
  • Experience within a business environment; experience working in a large manufacturing environment is preferred.
  • Leadership experience in a global matrix organization (either through leading direct reports or indirect in the role of project or activity lead).
  • Experience driving effective and empowered E2E Product Lifecycle Management across PU’s.
