Job Description

Are you passionate about driving HR excellence through structured processes, stakeholder collaboration, and continuous improvement in performance and development? Then join our mission to pioneer smarter water solutions that reduce energy use and improve lives.

As our new Lead Coordinator, HR Service Center (Performance & Development Dialogue), you'll be coordinating and administering Performance & Development Dialogue (PDD) processes across divisions and function units, ensuring high-quality goal management, stakeholder support, and seamless annual review cycles that empower employees and leaders to perform at their best. You'll be part of a diverse, supportive and inclusive culture, that celebrates our differences and puts people first by fostering growth, well-being, and a sense of belonging.

What you will be doing

As a key part of the HR Service Center team, you'll create impact by driving alignment and quality across PDD processes while building strong stakeholder relationships that elevate the employee and leader experience globally.

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Launch, monitor, and manage PDD forms including goal uploads, quality checks, and progress follow-up across divisions and function units
  • Handle PDD-related tasks for new hires, position changes, country reassignments, and leavers, as well as SNOW requests in the Annual Review Center
  • Support People Leaders, HRBPs, and employees with PDD form routing, eligibility guidance, incentive goal management, and process questions
  • Co-develop, review, and update PDD processes, instructions, and guidelines to drive continuous improvement and alignment
  • Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships for proactive communication and smooth implementation of process changes
  • Deliver high-quality analysis and recommendations to improve PDD systems, mitigate operational risks, and increase user satisfaction

What makes you a great fit

Above all, you're a proactive, service-oriented HR professional with strong communication skills, the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, and a structured approach to managing complex processes under time pressure. We'd also imagine that you are/have:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or equivalent work experience
  • 3-4+ years of relevant HR experience, including driving and leading established HR processes or projects
  • Strong English language skills (written and spoken)
  • Solid knowledge of HR processes, systems, and relevant local laws and regulations

It's a plus if you also have:

  • Experience with performance management or annual review processes in a global organization
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow (SNOW) or similar HR service management tools
  • Ability to balance helicopter-level perspective with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment

Why you'll love working here

Day to day, you can look forward to:

  • A working environment built around your needs, with flexible hours, home working opportunities and parental support.
  • Annual bonus, Retirement Benefit, health insurance and a strong focus on well-being activities.
  • Three days' additional paid leave for volunteering.
  • On-demand training and structured development programmes to support your growth.

Valuing our differences helps us see possibilities where others can't. We therefore welcome and encourage applications from all abilities, experiences, and backgrounds. As part of our commitment to a safe and compliant hiring process, final candidates may be required to undergo a background check, subject to applicable local laws and regulations.
