You will be joining the Product Development function within our Commercial Building Service (CBS) division. We are responsible for all development activities and the future innovations of 2 key product groups: MAGNA and MIXIT. 

As our new Compliance and Verification Engineer, you will be responsible for compliance and verification for our current product programs and future generations. You will be directing our approach and ways of working with compliance to ensure a proactive and efficient execution. 

You will be the connecting point between Global Compliance, Global LAB and our Product Development team in Commercial Building Services. 

Joining us you will meet an agile cross-functional team of skilled and dedicated engineers and technicians. The position is located at our headquarters in Bjerringbro, Denmark.

What is the job about?
You will bring your expertise in identifying relevant international standards and analyze and capture the impact on our product groups. You are the key person to translate and communicate the standards to the team and stakeholders across the organization. 

You will act as the connecting point to the Global Compliance experts and will be responsible for a timely and adequate onboarding of their capacity in the projects.

You will create our verification plans and make sure they are updated and available for relevant teams and Global Laboratories.

Your key responsibilities will include: 

  • drive relevant compliance tasks in our tasks handling program
  • understand and write compliance requirements 
  • be the go-to person for global and regional compliance requirements, working on Documents of Compliance 
  • support our development projects with Technical Construction Files 
  • representing CBS Product Development focusing on topics like Cyber Security, Sustainability, etc. in cross-collaboration with Global Compliance.
  • manage the Need Sheet (test overview, components/products and selected suppliers using SAP planning)


What do you need to apply?
We are looking for someone with a bachelor’s degree in engineering or similar with 5+ years of experience with product development preferably from a multi-domain environment. 

Furthermore, we imagine that you will bring:

  • Experience with product compliance and requirement management 
  • Familiar with 3rd party agencies like VDE, UL, etc.
  • Excellent coordination skills ensuring deadlines and test plans
  • Familiar with working with many different stakeholders in a large global organization as well as external suppliers
  • Proficient in English
