As Lead Compliance Specialist in CBS Product Development, you will work closely with the CBS Product Development teams and the Global Compliance function. You will help build a proactive approach towards compliance and verification and be the representative and focal point for new regulations and requirements applicable to our product families. 

 

What is the job about? 
You will play a crucial role in supporting the compliance requirements of our business and provide compliance insights and expertise by translating international standards into practical guidelines for our product groups. You will collaborate with global compliance experts and work closely with our development projects, ensuring adherence to compliance regulations and technical construction files. Additionally, you will stay updated with new regulations and requirements relevant to our product families, building proactive strategies to address them.

 

Your main responsibilities: 

  • Drive relevant compliance tasks in our task handling program.
  • Understand and write compliance requirements.
  • Act as a go-to person for global and regional compliance requirements, contributing to the development of the Document of Compliance
  • Support development projects with Technical Construction Files.
  • Collaborate with Global Compliance to represent CBS Product Development, focusing on new topics such as Cyber Security and Sustainability.

 

Your background: 
We imagine that you have:  

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or similar field. 
  • 5 years of experience in product development, preferably in a multi-domain environment.
  • Strong knowledge and interest in product compliance and requirement management.
  • Proven experience working with third-party agencies like VDE, UL, etc. 
  • Ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders in a large global organization.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, written and verbally.
