Chief Accountant GUA
Job Description

The Chief Accountant applies broad and specialized knowledge across a unit with some complexity. Use the highest degree of professional knowledge and act as a mentor for peer professionals.

 

Your main responsibilities:

  • To control the efficiency and proper using of the Company assets, materials and so on.
  • Participation in conducting local and group audits, local management report preparation.
  • To reconcile asset, liability, and fund balance accounts (including Customers and Vendors reconciliation)
  • Reporting - implementation, coordination, and preparation:
    • Tax
    • Statistical
    • Pension fund
    • TPO (transfer pricing)
  • To implement all obligatory payments to the State budget properly and in time.
  • Perform month end close, reconciliation of accounts and financial reports.
  • Checking and register of outgoing tax invoices.
  • Response on State Authority requests
  • Changes in legislation - coordination of the implementation of changes to SAP system
  • Advance reports processing
  • Creating manual payments in CITIBANK (salary, taxes, compensation for daily expenses, refund of client prepayments, postings in SAP for manual payments
  • Accounting for settlements with local and foreign suppliers (checking compliance with local legislation, signing e-documents and paper documents, control of the availability of originals, uploading to SAP VIM, interaction with GFSS
  • Preparation / update of procedures, according to the requirements of the group for processes for which the finance department is responsible.
  • Interaction with GFSS and support of employees on issues of group requirements and processes related to the finance department.

 

Your background:

We imagine that you have: 

 

  • Familiarity with Tax and Labor Codes
  • Bachelor’s degree (finance sphere)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience
  • Intermediate English
  • Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet
  • Knowledge of accounting legislation
  • SAP System skills
  • Experience working in international companies
