CSSC Front Line Representative

As our new CSSC Front Line Representative, you will be serving as the first point of contact for customers, providing technical support on pump sizing, creating quotations, and ensuring every inquiry is handled with precision and care. What you will be doing

As a key part of the Customer Sales & Support Centre (CSSC) team, you'll create impact by Delivering accurate technical guidance and responsive service that strengthens customer trust and drives satisfaction across the region.

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Act as the primary contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and the C4C ticket system, ensuring timely and accurate responses
  • Provide technical support including pump sizing, product selection, and tailored pump solutions for customer needs
  • Create and deliver quotations, coordinating with production on product availability and delivery terms
  • Assess and prioritize incoming requests, escalating complex technical cases to the back-office team when deeper expertise is needed
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team and CSSC colleagues to ensure seamless pre-order customer support
  • Translate and interpret technical product documentation to support the introduction of new products

What makes you a great fit

Above all, you are a technically skilled professional with an engineering background, strong communication abilities, and a genuine drive to help customers find the right solutions. We would also imagine that you have:

  • Technical or engineering degree (mechanical, industrial, or related field)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-oriented mindset
  • Working knowledge of English sufficient for reading technical documentation and product materials
  • Problem-solving aptitude and a proactive approach to handling customer requests

It is a plus if you also:

  • Experience in the pump industry or a related sector (HVAC, water technology, industrial equipment)
  • Familiarity with CRM or ticketing systems such as SAP C4C
  • Previous experience in a technical support or service engineering role
