What is the job about?

Apply subject matter knowledge and demonstrates technical/business insight. Work within a unit and across functional areas with limited supervision.  Identify and develop new business with the potential to use Grundfos products and service (Territory: Eastern India including North-eastern states, Bhutan, Nepal, Bangladesh)

Job location: Kolkata

Key Accountabilities

• Develop a designated customer base including preparation plans, budgets, and promotional activities.
• Identify and develop new business with the potential to use Grundfos products and service (Territory: Eastern India including North-eastern states, Bhutan, Nepal, Bangladesh)
• Identify and implement value-added services and enhance customer relationship.
• Develop and maintain a good order pipeline.
• Follow up on retail sales and achieving monthly and annual target.
• Sales and Business development of opportunities for RBS (Residential Business Service) project
• Gather market data and provide input on competitors activities. - Register all activities with customers in the global CRM tool
• Register and promote opportunities in the global CRM tool according to company guidelines.
• Ensure customer master data is updated on portfolio of customers under their responsibility.      

Your background:

        We imagine that you have: 

• Experience driving developed processes within domestic Building Services.
• Ability to direct processes or projects.
• Ability to guide a business process within domestic Building Services.
• Most likely to have 4-6 years of relevant work experience before entering level besides formal education.
• Solid knowledge of the plans, processes, and activities within the functional area in domestic Building Services.
• Good ability influence others.
• Possess a great understanding of the relevant systems, local laws, and regulations where applicable, for the Domestic Building Services.
• Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Engineering Degree.
