Customer Sales Support Representative

📍 Kocaeli, Turkey

🧭 Reports to: CSSC Frontline Supervisor

What you’ll be doing:

  • Responding to general inquiries across phone, email, and live chat channels
  • Providing quick, accurate information, including quotations, product details, pricing, and delivery timelines
  • Creating and managing customer tickets in SAP CRM
  • Documenting customer needs and ensuring follow‑up aligned with service level agreements (SLAs)
  • Identifying opportunities for upselling or collaboration with sales teams
  • Supporting customers in using Grundfos digital tools (MyGrundfos, Extranet, GPC templates)
  • Recording complaints, returns requests, or logistics questions
  • Ensuring customer data is maintained accurately
  • Supporting ongoing process improvements and participating in ad‑hoc tasks

 

 

Your background:

We imagine that you have: 

 

  • 2–3 years of experience in customer service, sales support, or administration
  • Ability to follow well‑defined processes and contribute to improvements
  • Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
  • Experience with SAP CRM/SD (nice to have!)
  • Familiarity with MS Office
  • A structured, solution‑oriented mindset
  • English proficiency written & spoken
  • Basic product/application knowledge is a plus (we’ll teach you the rest!).
