Senior Supply Chain Planner

The Senior Supply Chain Planner shall be responsible to evaluate, monitor and control all Supply Chain activities in a plant to perform the job in delivering all the process in the most effective and efficient way.

 

Your main responsibilities:

  • Monitor KPI and provide collaborative solution with all stakeholders to ensure achievement is on track
  • Provide depth analysis on end-to-end Supply Chain process, identify bottlenecks and provide solution to improve process
  • Provide comprehensive analysis, execution and monitoring of the plant supply demand and forecast planning together with Production Planner, Order Execution and Production Team
  • Perform sourcing new vendors, launch RFQs and obtain best quotation, negotiation, vendor assessment & evaluation and maintain the vendor relationship
  • Coordinate with related stakeholders (Sales, CSSC, Operations) to solve any technical or contractual issues
  • Execute all open requisition in the system in timely manner
  • Ensure PO are issued in accordance with company’s terms and condition
  • Obtain and monitor the order confirmation from vendors
  • Follow up with vendors to ensure the on-time delivery
  • Provide advices to vendors to ensure all delivery issues are resolved in a timely manner and execution are in the right track
  • Review and improve all external vendor agreements to minimize risk, lower the cost and improve lead time and quality
  • Closely coordination with Supply Chain Planner and Production Planner to provide delivery update
  • Closely coordination with Shipping coordinator for all shipment matters
  • Ensure the correctly updated of Master Data and Info Record regularly in SAP (and not limited to maintain RoP, Segmentation, CLT/TLT)
  • Ensure all documentation are well documented for future audit purposes

 

Your required skills and experience include:

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree any discipline
  • At least 3 years of experience in the related field

 

Skills and Knowledge:

  • English is mandatory
  • Proven leadership and mentoring skills
  • Proven negotiation skills
  • Great and creative personality
  • Good analytical sense
  • Likes to work with numbers and accuracy
  • Good versatility to perform in multiple roles if required
  • MS Office and SAP literate
