What is the Job all about?

 

The Project Specialist is responsible for preparing, coordinating, scheduling and implementing the service project. Creating service project executing plan, achieve costing plan, coordinating between customer, Grundfos service engineer, service partner/dealer and vendors. Apply professional knowledge to liaise and build trust with customers, service staff, service partners/dealer and contractors regarding any scope of on-site work.

 

Your main responsibilities:

 

  • Coordinate and schedule service project (using Service Management System).
  • Liaise and build trust with customers, service staff, Service Partners/dealers and vendors regarding any scope of on-site work, including Health &Safety aspects.
  • Organize travels, site visits, vendor schedule and project timeline.
  • Maintain service project cost under or in line with the plan.
  • Select and arranging the best vendor or service partner to help service project execution.
  • Collaboration with Project Specialist for project costing and quotation.
  • Executing administration before, during and after project execution.

 

 

Your background:

  • University or college degree in Information Technology or related field
  • At least 6 years of experience in project administration, coordination, execution, management
  • Proficiency in English Language
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and SAP Tools
  • Exposure in Government -related projects is ideal but not required.
