Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab

Supir bertanggung jawab untuk mengantar klien dan menangani pengiriman tepat waktu

Tugas dan tanggung jawabnya adalah:

  • Mengantar karyawan, tamu, klien atau paket dari/ke tujuan
  • Selalu tepat waktu
  • Memenuhi kebutuhan administrasi, seperti antar jemput
  • Menggunakan aplikasi navigasi untuk menentukan rute terbaik
  • Berinteraksi dengan karyawan, tamu dan klien secara profesional setiap saat
  • Selalu memastikan kendaraan dalam kondisi siap digunakan
  • Mengatur perbaikan kendaraan sesuai jadwal
  • Selalu menyimpan catatan perjalanan kendaraan dan perbaikan secara up to date

 

Keterampilan dan Kualifikasi

  • Memiliki SIM A dan minimal mempunyai pengalaman 3 tahun sebagai driver
  • Mempunyai keterampilan navigasi yang baik dan mahir dalam menggunakan aplikasi navigasi untuk menemukan rute terbaik
  • Sopan, jujur, mempunyai keterampilan berkomunikasi dan interpersonal yang baik untuk berinteraksi dengan karyawan, tamu atau klien

Roles’ Responsibility

Drivers are responsible for transporting clients or handling deliveries in a timely manner

Common tasks and responsibilities are;

 

  • Transport employee, guest, client and packages to and from destinations
  • Arrive at destinations on schedule
  • Fulfill administrative needs, like office pickups
  • Use navigations application to determine the best route
  • Interact with employee, guest, client professionally at all times
  • Ensure that the vehicle is always fueled and ready to use
  • Arrange for vehicle repairs as needed
  • Keep millage records and repair records up-to-date

Skill and Qualification

  • Has Driver licenses and at least 3 years of driving experience to perform the job safely
  • Good navigation skills and proficiency in using navigation applications to find delivery locations
  • Polite, honest, has a good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with Employee, guest, or client
