Associate Sales Engineer Pharma/Chemical, Industry Division, Indonesia
What is the job about?
Handling of sales within assigned business scope within the framework of the strategies and policies of the company. Responsible for designated business area – Pharma/Chemical Industry South Asia -Indonesia
Your main responsibilities
- Realize individual sales target in assigned area.
- Implementation of sales policies, procedures and systems to ensure compliance with corporate policies
- Maintain existing customers and dealers base and assist in developing plans, budget and promotional activities.
- Identification and development of vertical lead in Pharma/Chemical with the potential to use Grundfos products & services.
- Ensure full collaboration with customer service and service to enhance customer experience.
- Achieve agreed marketing goals that align with commercial priorities, sales volumes and contribution targets.
- Register all activities with customers in the global CRM tool; Register and nurture opportunities in the global CRM tool according to company guidelines; Ensure customer master data is updated on portfolio of customers under their responsibility.

Your background:
We imagine that you have:
- Bachelor\s in Engineering, Environment engineering, Mechanical, Chemical engineering combined with at 1-3 years of relevant experience in industry products.
- Successful track of customer development and management as salesperson.
- Fluent in English both verbal and written.
- Flexibility to travel.
- Good Business understanding
- Great stakeholder management skills - across regions, borders and on all levels.
