Job Purpose
We are seeking an experienced Internal Sales Engineer to join our Internal Technical Support Team. In this role, you will handle customer inquiries, provide advanced technical support, prepare quotations, and manage order follow-ups for manly water utility projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer queries.
- Deliver high-level technical support and guidance.
- Prepare quotations and follow up on customer orders.
- Submit data sheets, bid materials, and project documentation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Actively share knowledge within the team and contribute to continuous improvement.
- Take ownership of personal competence development.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure a customer-centric approach.
- Promote and strengthen our One Company Culture.
- Conduct ad-hoc customer or project visits as required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (chemical, mechanical, or electrical).
- Proven experience in customer service or sales.
- Professional experience with tenders and quotations.
- Several years in a similar role, preferably within Water Utility projects.
- Strong IT skills, SAP experience is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written).
