As our new Inside Sales Engineer, you will be driving profitable growth within the Commercial Building Services segment by developing key accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and executing strategic sales initiatives for Grundfos products and services in Romania. What you will be doing

As a key part of the Commercial Building Services (CBS) team, you'll create impact by Developing and expanding our customer base while positioning Grundfos as the preferred partner for innovative pump solutions in commercial building applications..

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Develop and manage a designated customer base including plans, budgets, and promotional activities to drive market share growth
  • Execute business development activities with selected accounts including product launches, brand positioning, and new application identification
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with potential to leverage Grundfos products and services
  • Utilize SAP CRM and Sales Excellence tools to manage customer interactions, opportunities, and quotations
  • Implement company and segment-based sales strategy while sharing cross-segment knowledge to drive overall profitability
  • Participate in market research, segment-based budget preparation, and timely reporting of Key Account activities

What makes you a great fit

Above all, you are a results-driven sales professional with solid Commercial Building Services expertise, strong networking abilities, and a talent for turning customer relationships into profitable business growth. We would also imagine that you have:

  • 3-7 years of relevant work experience in Commercial Building Services (CBS) or a closely related field
  • Strong knowledge of CBS plans, processes, local laws, and regulations
  • Fluency in English with excellent communication and stakeholder influencing skills
  • Proven ability to lead processes or projects and deliver results against targets

It is a plus if you also:

  • Experience with SAP CRM or similar sales management tools
  • Background in pump systems, HVAC, or water technology applications
  • Track record of key account management and business development in B2B environments
