Supply Planner

As our new Supply Planner, you will be translating supply plans and incoming orders into actionable production and purchase plans, ensuring the right balance of machine capacity, materials, and manpower to keep our operations running seamlessly. What you will be doing

As a key part of the Supply Chain Planning team, you'll create impact by optimizing end-to-end supply chain flow to ensure our customers receive the right products at the right time, contributing directly to Grundfos's mission of pioneering solutions to the world's water and climate challenges..

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Convert supply plans and incoming orders into feasible production and purchase plans, supporting execution across production and distribution centres
  • Collaborate with planning specialists to manage raw material purchasing and maintain optimal inventory levels across the supply chain
  • Balance machine capacity, manning, and material availability within the operational plan for your assigned area
  • Handle exceptions impacting the production and purchase plan, such as quality issues, equipment breakdowns, and delivery changes
  • Communicate proactively with internal and external stakeholders when changes arise, ensuring alignment across the chain
  • Support operational execution by providing accurate data, information, and insights to relevant teams

What makes you a great fit

Above all, you are a proactive problem solver with solid communication skills and a genuine drive to learn, improve processes, and keep supply chains running efficiently. We would also imagine that you have:

  • Vocational certificate, Associate's Degree, or equivalent work experience
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in supply chain planning, production planning, or a related field
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to align with supervisors, suppliers, and cross-functional partners
  • Familiarity with planning systems and practices (e.g., ERP/MRP systems)

It is a plus if you also:

  • Experience with stock optimisation or inventory management processes
  • Track record of identifying and implementing process improvements
  • Exposure to direct customer interaction or sales order handling
