Supply Planner

As our new Supply Planner, you will be orchestrating supply planning activities that ensure optimal inventory levels, on-time delivery, and seamless coordination between production, sourcing, and customer demand. What you will be doing

As a key part of the Supply Chain Planning team, you'll create impact by Driving supply chain excellence that directly supports Grundfos's mission to deliver sustainable water and climate solutions to customers worldwide.

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Develop and maintain supply plans that balance demand forecasts, inventory targets, and production capacity constraints
  • Collaborate with production, sourcing, and logistics teams to resolve supply gaps and mitigate risks to delivery performance
  • Monitor key supply chain KPIs such as service levels, inventory turns, and forecast accuracy, driving continuous improvement
  • Manage material requirements planning (MRP) processes and ensure timely replenishment of components and finished goods
  • Participate in Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) meetings, providing supply-side insights and escalating critical issues

What makes you a great fit

Above all, you are a detail-oriented supply chain professional with strong analytical capabilities, a collaborative mindset, and a drive to optimize end-to-end planning processes. We would also imagine that you have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in supply planning, production planning, or materials planning within a manufacturing environment
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP preferred) and advanced Excel skills
  • Strong understanding of MRP, inventory management, and S&OP processes

It is a plus if you also:

  • APICS/ASCM certification (CPIM or CSCP)
  • Experience with advanced planning tools such as SAP IBP or similar platforms
  • Familiarity with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies
