Supplier Quality Reporting Technician

What is the job about?

In this job, you will take on the role of a technician within the Supplier Quality Function at Grundfos Group, where your focus will be on reporting and data analysis. You will be responsible for analyzing supplier quality data and processes using Excel and Power BI, transforming complex information into clear, actionable insights. Your work will involve close collaboration with Supplier Quality Managers, Developers, Engineers, and Advanced Quality Engineers to support continuous improvement and ensure high standards across the supply chain.

 

Your main responsibilities:

 

Reporting: 

 

  • Preparing comprehensive reports and visual presentation related to supplier performance.
  • Keep record and reports up to date and carry out to the right person.
  • Weekly management QRQC
  • Monthly
  • Monthly division Supplier Quality report
  • React, act, inform or escalate in case of deviation

 

Data Collection and Analysis: 

 

  • Developing, Gathering and analysing data related to Supplier Quality and address data and information to the right person: in case escalate.
  • SQD category performance
  • Usage of cost form and cost collection
  • Inform, react, act or escalate in case of deviation

 

Vendor Assessment process: 

 

  • Supporting and maintaining development of Vendor Assessment app.
  • Develop and follow Vendor assessment monthly reporting
  • Assessment
  • Action
  • Manage data to get the right overview   

 

Supplier Quality competence matrix

 

  • Maintain the SQ competence matrix
  • Add and/or remove new or leaving people
  • Update in case of new knowledge

 

Miscellaneous

 

  • Maintain a strong network within the SQM organisation
  • Organize and schedule meeting and events within SQM organization
  • Help maintain the budget plan within SQM
  • Support Local SQE on Return Purchase Order activities.
  • Maintain, keep update supplier Quality Viva engage.    

 

Your background:

We imagine that you have: 

  • Administration school or bachelor’s degree in IT, able to manage analysis
  • 0-3 years professional reporting/data management experience
  • experience working in cross functional teams preferable
  • Fluent English verbal and written
  • Able to dive into details but keep the overview same time
  • Analytical and report creation mindset
  • Strong Experienced in Microsoft tools (Escel, word, PP.) and Power BI
  • Knowledge in SAP and in some app development tool (power app)
