What you will be doing:

The role of a Senior Supply Chain Specialist within the Order to Delivery team (OTD) is to identify, drive, develop, facilitate and support process improvements and performance, including those of a higher supply chain complexity and scale. We are operating within the Process Excellence (PEX), Business Process Management methodology and the SC Excellence Senior Process Expert will be having activities as Business process owner for specific process areas within the Order to Delivery area.

Senior Process Expert is responsible together with process team to deliver Group best known way of working within process area, supported with documentation and training packages furthermore securing that the Group processes are supported by system set‑up.

 

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Define, own, monitor, and govern the global Order to Delivery (OTD) standards and best‑known ways of working
  • Ensure OTD processes are globally aligned, documented, trained, and system‑supported
  • Identify improvement opportunities through gap analysis, KPIs, incidents, and escalations, and drive related solutions
  • Lead continuous improvement and innovation initiatives, acting as Project Manager with strong stakeholder engagement
  • Drive development, implementation, and deployment of global best practices
  • Own and execute process, analytics, tools, and methodology training; support global training design and delivery
  • Design, document, and support KPIs and process performance indicators
  • Act as a subject matter expert, resolving complex operational supply chain issues across global production, distribution, and sales units

 

What makes you a great fit?
Above all, you are a detail-oriented supply chain professional with strong analytical capabilities, a collaborative mindset, and a proven track record of driving measurable improvements in complex, global supply chain operations. We would also imagine that you have:
•    Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
•    5+ years of experience in supply chain planning, logistics, or operations within a manufacturing or industrial environment
•    Strong proficiency in ERP systems (SAP preferred) and advanced Excel or data analytics tools
•    Demonstrated experience in process optimization and cross-functional stakeholder management

 

It is a plus if you also have:
•    APICS, CSCP, or similar supply chain certification
•    Experience with lean or Six Sigma methodologies
•    Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or similar business intelligence platforms
