Then join Grundfos HVAC OEM (Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning Original Equipment Manufacturer) in Bjerringbro, Denmark – an organization within Grundfos consisting of approx. 100 colleagues. Here, you become part of the Technical Product Management team in the Products & Projects department.
You have the technical product know-how
In this role, you are given the Product Technical Responsibility for the daily product-technical maintenance, which involves the execution of quality tasks as well as development and rationalization projects. You can look forward to a varied day of work with everything you would expect as a product engineer responsible - from development and production to procurement and manufacturing.
Specifically, you will be:
- Owner of the HVAC OEM standard product portfolio and its product platforms from a technical perspective;
- Responsible for monitoring of product line (PLM) and ensuring product compliance, product quality, profitability and ability to produce the products;
- Responsible for maintaining the technical product compliance towards the product line ensuring continuously fulfillment of performance/compliance/legalization and quality target;
- Responsible for deciding the technical direction and solution within engineering activities for the given product line - Ultimately deciding how to fulfill agreed specification in case of updates;
- Responsible for upgrading and maintaining the standard product platforms;
We imagine that you
Have solid experience and a broad technical background as a mechanical engineer, electronic engineer or similar. This combination enables you to handle a wide range of technical issues and you still manage to go to the tasks with a practical approach. As you interact on a global scale, it is important to become proficient in English, encompassing both writing and verbal communication.
- Have 5+ years of professional experience as an engineer;
- Show sufficient technical understanding of mechanics and electronics to engage in technical dialogues – you do however not need to be a technical specialist or expert;
