Job Description

We’re looking for a Senior HR Project Manager to support our Domestic Building Services (DBS) Division by coordinating and executing key HR activities that enable strong business outcomes.

 

The DBS division is a global organization with approximately 2400 employees with headquarter in Denmark and operates a worldwide sales network and maintains manufacturing facilities in Serbia, Denmark, France, China, and the United States.

 

You will join a divisional HR team consisting of 25 HR professionals located across Denmark, Serbia, France, and the US. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with colleagues from the global HR organization.

 

The position is based in Indjija, in Serbia.

 

Key Responsibilities :

 

Support to the Head of Business HR, DBS

  • Drive and facilitate the annual HR planning process.
  • Coordinate monthly DBS HR Team meetings, including agenda preparation and time management.
  • Develop and execute the annual DBS HR Communication Plan.
  • Create monthly communication packages for HR Business Partners and People Leaders.
  • Handle ad hoc requests from the DBS leadership team.

 

Driving HR Initiatives Across the DBS Division

  • Lead or support HR projects aligned with the Division and HR Strategy Deployment Maps.
  • Act as focal point for specific HR domains (e.g., employee motivation survey, DE&I), collaborating with Center of Excellence colleagues.
  • Support DBS HRBPs in organizational change projects.

 

What do you need to apply?

  • 4-5 years of relevant HR experience in a global, matrixed organization
  • Proven track record in designing and executing large-scale HR initiatives
  • Passion for people and organizational development
  • Structured, analytical, and results-driven mindset
  • Excellent English communication and storytelling skills
  • Strong stakeholder and collaboration abilities
  • Focused on efficiency and continuous improvement
