Sales & Customer Support
Senior Aftersales Consultant
Job Description

Are you driven by combining deep technical expertise with commercial impact? Do you want to shape global service programs that deliver real value to customers and service partners worldwide? If yes, this could be your next step.

At Grundfos, we are on a mission to pioneer solutions to the world’s water and climate challenges. As our new Senior Aftersales Consultant, you will play a key role in developing and improving global service programs and service products, ensuring strong alignment across markets, functions, and regions.

You will become part of a global, collaborative environment where expertise is valued, initiative is encouraged, and continuous improvement is part of our DNA.

What you will be doing

As a key part of the DBS Global Pricing and Aftersales Services team, you will apply broad expert technical and aftersales knowledge to support regional and global markets. You will work closely with sales regions, product development, quality, and pricing teams to strengthen our service offerings and drive profitable service growth.

Your main responsibilities include:
•    Provide senior-level aftersales expertise at pump, system, and application level to internal and external stakeholders
•    Develop, maintain, and continuously improve global service programs, service products, and related procedures
•    Deliver service pricing consultancy, including tools and guidance within the DBS division
•    Secure master data availability for service products, including support for e-commerce platforms
•    Represent the service perspective in new product introductions, product lifecycle, and quality teams
•    Analyse failure and service data across markets and contribute to corrective and preventive actions
•    Collaborate across regions and functions to ensure strong adoption of service solutions and processe

What makes you a great fit
You are an experienced aftersales professional with solid technical understanding and a strong commercial mindset. You are comfortable working independently in a complex, global environment and influencing stakeholders without formal authority.

We would also imagine that you have
•    Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical, engineering, or commercial field, or equivalent experience
•    5+ years of experience in a complex aftersales/service environment, ideally in a global organization with cross-functional and cross-regional exposure
•    Strong understanding of service plans, processes, pricing, and master data management
•    Ability to structure your own work and navigate complexity with confidence
•    Fluent English skills in writing and speaking, with proven ability to influence and negotiate across stakeholder groups

It is a plus if you also have
•    Industry experience within a large manufacturing or process-industry environment
•    Additional language skills beyond English

Why you will love working here
•    A working environment built around your needs, with flexible hours, home working opportunities and parental support.
•    Annual bonuses, health insurance and a strong focus on well-being activities.
•    Three days' additional paid leave for volunteering in your community.
•    Access to on-demand training and learning sessions and carefully structured programs to pursue personal and professional development opportunities.

We are inclusive! Celebrating and valuing our differences helps us see possibilities where others can't. We therefore welcome and encourage applications from all abilities, experiences, and backgrounds.
