Manufacturing Engineering Manager
Job Description

We are looking for a Manufacturing Engineering Manager to lead and inspire our engineering department, ensuring efficiency, innovation, and collaboration across the organization.

 

About the Role
As a Manufacturing Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for guiding and motivating a team of skilled professionals to deliver excellent results. You will set direction, enable productivity, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Your leadership will ensure that processes, tools, and competencies remain cutting-edge, while creating conditions for deep technical expertise in machinery, components, and final products.

 

You will work closely with Advanced Manufacturing Engineering (AME) and other teams inside plant which are responsible for full SQDICP and  together you will  share production data, celebrate successes, and learn from challenges. This role requires strategic thinking, strong decision-making, and the ability to prioritize resources effectively across New Product Introduction (NPI) projects and ongoing manufacturing support.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, guide, and develop a high-performing team of employees to achieve business objectives.
  • Drive efficiency and productivity through innovative manufacturing processes and specifications.
  • Ensure continuous employee development through training and side-by-side learning.
  • Manage investments and budgets for spare parts and improvement projects.
  • Collaborate with Plant Management Team and AME to solve challenges and share insights openly.
  • Maintain an efficient, productive, and harmonious work environment.
  • Secure the right mix of talent and keep the team motivated and engaged.

 

What We’re Looking For

  • Education: Master’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Experience: 5–7 years in a mid-to-large technical organization, with a proven ability to navigate complex environments.
  • Demonstrated success in cross-functional collaboration and working across multiple production sites.
  • Strong expertise in developing and implementing manufacturing processes that drive efficiency and quality.
  • Proven track record of executing strategic initiatives and delivering results in challenging business contexts.
  • Solid leadership experience within engineering or manufacturing.
  • In-depth knowledge of industry best practices, relevant systems, and IT tools supporting manufacturing operations.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders, set priorities, and make sound decisions aligned with organizational goals.
